Soni Resources is assisting a client near Center City Philadelphia, PA (hybrid- 4 days on-site) in their search for an Financial Asset Manager! This is a permanent/direct hire role. The perfect candidate is personable, detail oriented, has expertise in multi-tasking, and a strong communicator.

Responsibilities of an Financial Asset Manager:

• Provide financial analysis, financial oversight, and consultations relative to assigned portfolio
• Handle financial research to support Executives in sustainable financial strategies
• Assist with cash flow analysis and trend analysis
• Help with lease negotiations
• Assist property management and accounting in collections and accounts receivable endeavors
• Monitor property performance and identify challenges followed by implementing resolutions
• Create annual property budgets and regional forecasting models

Requirements of an Financial Asset Manager:

• 8-10 years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with financial analysis and/or contract and real estate law
• Large ERP system experience
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Management, Real Estate, or Accounting
• Advanced user in MS Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook

Preference:

• Master's Degree
• ARGUS Software

Compensation: $150,000 to $170,000 annually
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
