As an Administrative Assistant The Aspen Grove School, you will support the Director and Assistant Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the center while providing professional administrative support.

Assist with ensuring the health & safety of all children and staff.
Perform administrative duties, including enrollment and tours; maintain staff and child files, answering phones, responding to emails, and other administrative responsibilities
Manage and maintain a neat/organized workspace
Provide assistance to prospective and enrolled families
Maintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy compliance
Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
Provide support where needed throughout the center
High school diploma
Minimum of (years) experience working in a licensed childcare facility
Minimum of (years) in an administrative role
Organized and detail-oriented
Energetic and Flexible
Shows initiative; strong work ethic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)
Must pass a criminal background check
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
