Please note this position is intended for current undergraduate students

The first day of summer tours will be 6/01/26 with a mandatory training on 5/27/26. The final day of tours will be 8/07/26. Additionally, the University will be closed on May 26, June 19 and July 4.

Hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm with an hour lunch (lunch is not compensated). Additionally, the Office of Undergraduate Admission will be open on Fridays from 9am-1pm: June 26, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31 and August 7. Some details are being finalized but additional information will be provided.

Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:

Summer Admission Assistants work full time for the Office of University Admission in many capacities, including:

• Campus tours
• Presenting to special group visits
• Data entry
• Greeting visitors
• Office tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be an undergraduate student with great enthusiasm for Villanova
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate
• Must be comfortable speaking to large groups
• Must be available for the majority of the dates listed and all of the hours on a weekly basis
• PLEASE NOTE: References must be Villanova faculty/staff

Physical Demands Summary:

Must be able to give several hour-long walking tours of campus each day, including in heat and rain

Wage Rate:
$11.25/hour
