Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Review and interpret batch sheets to determine correct tanks, mixers, process piping, and preparation steps for each batch; Select, weigh, and stage raw materials according to batch sheet specifications and GMP requirements; Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment including mixers, pumps, tanks, valves, and forklifts to produce batches to specification; Mix chemicals and ingredients according to defined procedures, ensuring batches meet all process parameters and quality standards; Track and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual production sheets
