Overview Join a leading manufacturing team as a Shipping Associate responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders while supporting warehouse and production operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.

Job Description

• Pick, pack, wrap, strap, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Print shipping labels and follow customer-specific packing instructions.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate shipments with Customer Service and communicate any shipping issues.
• Process shipments using common and secure carriers.
• Restack and repackage pallets and cartons as needed.
• Prepare production materials based on manufacturing schedules.
• Assist with receiving duties, inventory counts, and material handling when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify purchasing when supplies need replenishing.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Skills

• 23 years of shipping or warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to regularly lift 35 lbs. and up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Safety shoes required

Preferred Skills

• Oracle experience
• Forklift certification or operating experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Inventory or cycle counting experience

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
