Customer Service & Sales Representative — Signarama

Do you love helping people and solving problems? Signarama is looking for a friendly, motivated person to be the welcoming voice of our shop — answering calls, preparing estimates, and helping local businesses find the right signage for their needs. This is a great entry-level opportunity — no sales background required. If you're outgoing, dependable, and enjoy helping customers, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact: Answer phone calls and greet customers, providing friendly, helpful service from the very first hello.
• Prepare estimates: Work up quotes and pricing for signage projects, learning the ins and outs of our products along the way.
• Help customers find solutions: Listen to what each business needs and walk them through signage options in a friendly, no-pressure way.
• Stay organized: Keep track of leads and orders, follow up with customers, and make sure every project runs smoothly.
• Occasional site visits: From time to time, visit customer locations to take measurements or get a closer look at a project.
• Keep learning: Take part in regular in-store training to build your product knowledge and skills.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, people-first attitude and strong communication skills.
• Reliability, organization, and a willingness to learn.
• Good with computers and basic technology.
• Sign, print, or design experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person.
