BluePearl Pet Hospital – Conshohocken, PABluePearl Pet Hospital in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Part‑time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.ScheduleSunday 8 am–4 pm & Wednesday 12 pm–8 pm.Pay$18.90 – $29.05 + competitive shift differentials. This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool.We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4‑hour minimum. For example:Mon–Fri: 6 pm to 8 am = $3.50 shift differentialSat & Sun: 8 am to 6 pm = $3.50 shift differentialSat & Sun: 6 pm to 8 am = $5.00 shift differentialResponsibilitiesGreet and make friendly eye contact every time our hospital entry door opens, offering a warm and professional acknowledgement.Offer a friendly smile, strong eye contact, and an approachable demeanor.Listen compassionately.Speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the phone in a way that clients easily understand.Assess each client's immediate need upon arrival, as well as the pet's general condition.Determine whether an emergency arrival is a “stat” versus “standard” emergency.Respond to non‑patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member.Confirm all appointments in advance, ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment.Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner.Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains, ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.Why BluePearl?We offer advanced medicine, ongoing professional development, and pathways for growth.
