Cook

Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals for college students and staff. Follow recipes, production sheets, and portion guidelines with consistency. Assist with food prep, cooking, and service in a fast-paced dining environment. Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness. Work with a supportive team to ensure meals are prepared and served on time. Help with stocking, organizing, and keeping kitchen stations ready for service. Follow all HACCP and food safety procedures. Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift.

Schedule: Monday –Friday 6:00am – 1:30pm

Pay Type: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations. Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
