What You'll Do:

* Provide daily administrative and office support
* Work with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other basic computer programs
* Answer phones and assist customers professionally
* Manage filing, data entry, and office organization
* Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
* Assist with basic marketing, online promotions, and community outreach
* Help keep our office running smoothly and support our growing team

What We're Looking For:

* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Previous office experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person
