Oversees the rehabilitation of all vacant housing units for the Philadelphia Housing Authority and its affiliates.
The role manages Operations Project Managers and external general contractors, ensuring all work adheres to established protocols for vacancy reduction. Responsibilities include conducting quality control inspections of all rehabilitated units, implementing strategies to reduce duration of the unit rehabilitation process, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The position also serves as the primary coordinator of internal and external stakeholders; performs other related duties.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Finance or a related field; and a minimum of five years of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
