Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Paulsboro, NJ 08066 Pay Rate: $18.00$18.50/hr Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PM Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required.

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate responsible for receiving client assets, resolving purchase order issues, updating systems, and ensuring accurate shipment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log client assets into internal databases
• Resolve purchase order and shipment discrepancies
• Track orders and follow up on missing shipments
• Enter shipments and complete final receipts
• Perform order updates and revisions
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures

Requirements

• 1+ year of related experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Drug and background screening
• Reliable transportation required
