Description

Experienced Warehouse Specialist to support order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management operations in Philadelphia, PA. This position requires a dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

  • Complete all stages of order fulfillment, including accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
  • Load and unload trailers for shipping and receiving operations safely and efficiently
  • Assist management with maintaining inventory levels and identifying low-stock items for timely reorders
  • Organize warehouse inventory and replenish rack locations when new inventory is received
  • Utilize warehouse systems and computers for inventory tracking, shipping, receiving, and operational tasks
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and immediately report operational or safety concerns
  • Periodically pick up orders from local suppliers as needed
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and overall safety standards
  • Follow all company procedures, warehouse protocols, and safety guidelines
  • Support additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements

Shift:

Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years warehouse experience required
  • Computer literacy required, including the ability to learn warehouse management systems and perform basic Microsoft Office and Excel functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willingness to become PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certified upon hire
  • Ability to operate stand on electric forklift, electric pallet jack and stock picker
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional work ethic required

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift)
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials up to 50 lbs, with or without assistance
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., reaching, bending, twisting, grasping, and lifting) throughout the shift
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a high-volume production environment
  • Ability to operate near, around, or in conjunction with heavy machinery and conveyor systems
  • Ability to safely climb stairs, ladders, or platforms as required
  • Ability to reach above shoulder level and below waist level frequently
  • Ability to maintain manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling products and equipment
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including noise, temperature fluctuations, and industrial settings
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection, if needed.
  • Ability to visually inspect products and equipment to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Ability to respond quickly to machinery alerts or production issues in a safety-sensitive environment
