Resident Security Associate

As a resident security associate you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals who require one on one assistance and companionship in our assisted living community. Your goal is to help clients maintain safety, and emotional well-being through consistent individual monitoring

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 companionship for at risk residents
• Assist clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Accompany clients on walks, appointments, shopping trips, or recreational outings.
• Monitor clients for changes in behavior or condition and report any concerns to supervisors
• Maintain accurate daily logs and reports as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks (per PA State and DHS requirements).

Pay Rate $15.92-$16.50 hourly
