Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote temporary opportunity is based near Conshohocken, PA and offers the chance to play a critical role in maintaining accurate business records and supporting system related processes. The position involves working with large volumes of information, collaborating with operational stakeholders, and helping ensure data integrity during ongoing process improvements. Candidates who are detail oriented, self directed, and comfortable working in a technology driven environment will be well suited for this role.
Compensation:
$20/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist:

• Support operational projects by entering, updating, and maintaining information across business systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate the transfer and validation of records between platforms to promote data consistency and reliable reporting.
• Review documentation and transaction details to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with record audits and verification activities that support process enhancements and workflow efficiency efforts.
• Maintain organized electronic files while effectively managing workload priorities in a Remote work environment.

Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Specialist:

• Previous experience performing data entry, administrative support, document management, or related office support functions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors and maintain accuracy when working with sensitive information.
• Proficiency with common business software applications, including spreadsheet and email tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and technical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience within banking, lending, financial services, or a similar regulated environment is beneficial but not required.
