Position Summary:

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

100% on-site

Catalent's 206,878-square-foot Philadelphia-area facility serves as the global Center of Excellence for Clinical Supply Packaging, offering GMP secondary packaging and clinical labeling services. The site provides manual to fully automated packaging solutions, including temperature-controlled options for sensitive products. The Receiving Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring all inbound deliveries are processed accurately, inventory transactions are completed timely, and warehouse activities are carried out efficiently to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and inventory management skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Role:

  • Ensure all delivery trucks are unloaded properly and inspected for damage
  • Responsible for directing the daily activities of union warehouse personnel to ensure proper response to work demands in a productive, cost effective and timely manner
  • Responsible for ensuring all receipts are entered into the inventory system, labelled, and scanned into the appropriate functions; Generate regular reports as to physical inventory cycle counts and receipt issues
  • Schedule dock appointments for incoming receipts
  • Responsible for directing the Material Handlers to ensure proper response to work demands in a productive, cost-effective, and timely manner
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the Clinical Services receiving functions including inventory control, proper stowage of materials, order miscellaneous supplies and communication functions
  • All other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in warehousing functions/operations is required.
  • Forklift driving experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of cGMP's relative to clinical supplies is preferred
