Description
Medical Receptionist- Philadelphia, PA
The IMA Group is looking for a customer-focused Medical Receptionist to run our front desk and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll be the first face our patients see, so a warm, professional presence matters. Hours are 8am-4:30pm, with Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Register new patients, schedule appointments, and manage records
- Answer phones and handle inquiries to keep patient flow moving
- Update and maintain records in our electronic medical records system
- Handle filing, data entry, and office supply management
- Coordinate with medical staff on patient check-in/check-out
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of receptionist/customer service experience (medical setting preferred)
- Strong communication skills and comfort with office equipment and basic software
- Organized and able to multitask; familiarity with medical terminology a plus
