• Log daily results and review them with a coach
• Participate in daily training sessions based on real field scenarios
• Build toward specializing in customer acquisition or coaching/leadership
• Take feedback well and apply it to improve performance
• Engage in conversations with new people comfortably
• Commute reliably to the Philadelphia office daily
• Demonstrate curiosity and resilience in the role
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify potential clients and generate new leads
