Job Title: Warehouse AssociateLocation: Horsham, PennsylvaniaType: Contract To HirePay Rate: $23.00-$25.00/hourHours: 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday-Friday with every other Thursday or Friday offOverviewThe Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, moving, staging, and shipping products accurately and safely. This role helps keep inventory organized, orders fulfilled on time, and the warehouse clean and efficient through consistent material handling, quality checks, and adherence to operational and safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesPerform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activitiesPick, pack, stage, and distribute products in accordance with company proceduresAccurately receive, store, and track inventory using Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systemsConduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracyOperate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacksEnsure products are labeled, stored, and handled according to regulatory requirementsCoordinate shipments and work with carriers to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse environmentFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsRequirementsHS degree, or BS degreeMinimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experienceGDP (Good Distribution Practice) experience is a mustGMP or quality-regulated warehouse experience is a plusExperience with shipping and receiving operationsForklift operating experience (certification not required)Inventory control and material handling experienceExperience utilizing Oracle, SAP, or a similar ERP systemStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentCold chain, temperature-controlled storage, or refrigerated warehouse experienceSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
