Responsibilities

• Support face-to-face brand activations on behalf of clients, including setup and direct engagement with the public
• Initiate conversations with potential customers and introduce them to the brand being represented
• Collaborate with experienced representatives to learn the structured customer acquisition process
• Log engagement results daily and review them with a coach to assess performance
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on real-world scenarios
• Build towards specialization in customer acquisition or coaching/leadership based on personal strengths
• Demonstrate curiosity and resilience in approaching new people
• Accept and apply feedback to improve performance
• Commute reliably to the Philadelphia office and activation locations
• Engage in continuous personal development and skill-building
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout campaign lifecycle
