Warehouse Associate (Order Fulfillment)Radwell International is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, verifying product accuracy and condition, and ensuring all orders are packaged according to company quality standards.The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. This position offers an opportunity to become a key contributor to Radwell's commitment to exceptional customer service and on-time order fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify item quantity, condition, and cleanliness against pick tickets prior to shipmentEnsure all unnecessary labels are removed while preserving original manufacturer labels when applicableProtect screens and sensitive components from damage during packaging and shipment preparationProperly coil and secure cables prior to packagingUtilize protective materials, including ESD bags, foam, and cushioning products, to ensure products are protected throughout shippingReview repair orders to ensure all required documentation and work reports are included prior to shipmentVerify all customer service exceptions and order requirements are addressed before invoicingPackage surplus, repaired, and inventory products according to company standards and quality requirementsWork closely with Order Resolution Associates to investigate and resolve order discrepanciesMaintain accuracy and productivity standards while processing customer ordersSupport warehouse operations and assist with additional duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environmentBasic computer skills and ability to navigate company systemsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and strong work ethicSome technical aptitude or industrial product familiarity is a plusCommitment to workplace safety and operational excellenceKnowledge and SkillsComputer proficiencyAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesExcellent attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skillsAbility to follow established processes and quality standardsAbility to maintain productivity goals while ensuring accuracyEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, logistics, or production experience preferredTechnical or industrial product knowledge is a plusCompensation & BonusThe recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour. Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional overtime, including Saturdays, may be required based on business and production needs. Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and adhere to company scheduling policies.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a warehouse environment and requires frequent standing, walking, repetitive hand motions, and lifting throughout the workday. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Frequent walking on open raised catwalks may be required. Closed-toe, hard-soled footwear is required, and employees must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
