We're building out a dedicated dispatch team at our King of Prussia, PAoffice to support operations from day one.The RoleAs a Dispatcher, you're the person clients call when something's time-sensitive, the person drivers rely on when the unexpected happens, and the connective tissue that keeps deliveries moving on time, every time.You'll manage real-time dispatch for a fleet of W2 drivers delivering to residential addresses — assigning routes, monitoring performance, solving problems on the fly, and keeping drivers and clients aligned throughout the day.
