Overview
The Supply Specialist I will perform tasks related to receiving, distribution and inventory management within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Replenishment of assigned PAR inventory locations
Replenishment of assigned bedside carts, tank rooms & equipment roomsContact Customer Service to request priority services (products, equipment, code carts, etc.)Contact Customer Service to report issuesAttend meetings with customers to assess their needsMaintain assigned PAR areas and assigned bedside carts in a clean and organized mannerAssist Level II Supply Specialist with work, as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredOne year in hospital materials distribution, inventory management or logisticsMust be a "critical thinker" with an ability to quickly adapt to a changing environmentStrong product knowledge a mustExcellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communications skills are required for success in this functionDemonstrated good ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skills and initiative to improve processesConsistently display a friendly, positive, and professional demeanorPHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to lift 40 lbsRepetitive motionReaching, pushing, pulling carts weighing up to 250lbsWalking, standing for extended periods of timeWhat We Offer:Competitive pay & benefits!Comprehensive training and development programs that prepare employees to advance from within.A company focused on creating a positive work and client environment.Employee discounts on entertainment, products, and services nationwide!
