From print finishing to custom packaging solutions, our team takes pride in delivering the highest quality work for brands across industries.Scope of Position: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk coordinates shipping and receiving administration, material handling, and daily department workflow. The Clerk maintains accurate records, communicates with carriers and internal departments, and helps ensure materials and finished goods move safely, accurately, and on schedule.Responsibilities: Coordinate daily shipping and receiving priorities, dock schedules, pickups, deliveries, and workflow with operations leadership.Serve as a point of contact for carriers, drivers, customer service, production, inventory, and other internal departments regarding shipment status and issuesPrepare and process bills of lading, packing lists, labels, delivery receipts, and other shipping and receiving documentsEnter and maintain accurate shipment, receipt, inventory, weight, count, and tracking information in the ERP or other company systemsVerify incoming and outgoing materials against applicable documents and report or help resolved shortages, overages, damage, and other discrepanciesLabel, package, wrap, band, count, stage, and secure materials for shipment or internal movementLoad and upload trucks and move materials, work in process, supplies, and finished material using forklifts and pallet jacksMaintain organized docks, staging and storage areas, inspect trailers and shipments for damage, cleanliness, load security, and complianceFollow all safety procedures, support inventory accuracy and audits, provide department coverage as needed, and perform other duties as assignedQualifications: Required High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or material handling experienceAbility to accurately complete shipping documents, enter data, and perform basic calculations involving quantities, weights, and countsBasic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail, organization, communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively with internal and external contactsAbility to work overtime or adjusted hours as business needs requireAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, handle and move materials, operate approved equipment, and work safely in warehouse, dock, and production areasPreferred Three to five years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experienceForklift and riding pallet-jack experience or certification; training may be providedExperience coordinating the daily work of others or serving as a lead employeeExperience using ERP, warehouse management, inventory, or shipping systemProficiency with Microsoft ExcelExperience preparing bills of lading and coordinating freight, parcel, and local deliveries#J-18808-Ljbffr
