Update and coordinate with Operations personnel regarding coverage of actual and anticipated jobs.Primary Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for dispatching of field personnel, ensuring accuracy of job instructions, matching qualified personnel with requirements of job and overall handling of assignmentsPrepare daily work schedules and emergency coverage scenariosRelay work orders, messages, and information to or from field inspectors, laboratory staff, supervisors and customersWhen instructed by Operations personnel, confer with customers in order to address questions, problems, and requests for serviceResponsible for the collection and distribution of field paperwork to Operations staff to allow them to prepare updates and reports for customersOther similar duties related to field inspection work and operations coordination as assigned by supervisorSkills/Qualifications Required Skills1+ year experience in the petroleum, petrochemical, and chemical industry including actual hands on experience of inspection and/or laboratory workBachelor or Associate degree preferredGood communication, organization, and inter-personal skills a must. Ability to work under pressure and react quicklyWorking Conditions Office Environment - possible shifts up to 12 hours - nights and weekends as required.Required Experience Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods of time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
