Earn more depending on experience, and growth opportunity long-term.Job Description: The packer plays a key role on the production line by filling, inspecting, packaging, and palletizing pharmaceutical products in a clean manufacturing environment. You will operate automated or semi-automated packaging equipment, ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards, and maintain accurate batch records while following strict FDA, cGMP, and SOP guidelines.Skills/Qualifications:Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, or a cleanroom production environment is required.Experience with packing, picking, and packaging in a production or manufacturing environment.Ability to work efficiently on a production line, utilize automated or semi-automated packaging tools and labeling systems.Capability to lift and stack shipping boxes weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail when inspecting products, labels, and packaging materials for defects or inaccuracies.Why Work Here? Every employee follows a defined dress code that includes wearing a gown, hairnet, beard net (as applicable), and shoe covers while on the production floor.Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
