Security Officer Front Desk Concierge Services

Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, vendors, and/or delivery personnel at a front desk location within an automotive business environment.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials as applicable, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access to the facility, follow site-specific procedures for visitor entry and restricted areas, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general site information, and communicate professionally with client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response and reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
